Returns Policy for Northern Jaguar

All items are photographed and accurately, so please review all photographs closely before purchasing. We are happy to answer any questions about the condition, quality or eligibility of any parts prior to purchase. 

As such, all car parts sold by Northern Jaguar are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the purchase is completed.

Exceptions

In rare cases where an item is received damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item at sales@northernjaguar.com.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and a description of the issue.
  3. Resolution: Our team will review the information and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
